Run by a husband and wife team, David & Veronica Irwin. The Three Palms is Bed and Breakfast Accommodation with a large, free car park. Close to the sea front and within short walking distance to the Harbour, Paignton town centre, and Bus and Train stations. Holiday makers, Reps and Contractors are all given a warm welcome to this non-smoking establishment.

Although ground floor bedrooms are avaiable we feel we must inform prospective guests that there are six steps, in groups of three with a landing in between, up to the front door. There are also twelve steps down to the breakfast room in groups of fours with landings in between. THERE IS NO LIFT, TO ANY FLOORS.

Bedrooms

The fifteen bed hotel offers a selection of Family, Twin, Double and Single rooms all en-suite and pleasantly decorated. All are furnished with free view television, clock/radio and beverage making facilities. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar are replenished each morning. Hair dryers supplied on request and there is an iron and ironing board for guests own use.

Breakfast

A full english breakfast is served in the spacious breakfast room between 8:30am and 9:00am. An earlier breakfast can be arranged for guests with early appointments and every effort is made to accomodate special dietary requests.

Lounge and Bar

Relax in the comfortable lounge, watch television, read a book or just have a quiet half hour. From 6:00pm in the friendly atmosphere of the bar/lounge sandwiches, tea, coffee or an alcohol beverage can be ordered at very reasonable prices. A good chance to meet new and old friends.

Local Area / Attractions

Paignton is an excellent resort catering for the young and old. Take a stroll across the sea front or beach and go on the Pier. Watch or take part in fishing, paddle boats, swimming, crazy golf or just relax in a cafe and watch life go by. To keep family entertained visit Paignton Zoo, go for a day trip on the historic Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway and, for the adventurous, visit the Water Park. Also withing easy commuting distance are the towns of Brixham and Torquay with many other attractions all accessible by local transport.
